By placing an order with Mootodo, you acknowledge and agree to the return, refund, exchange, and cancellation terms outlined below. These policies are designed to ensure a fair, transparent, and reliable shopping experience for all customers. All terms apply to orders within the United States.
A. 30-Day Return Window
Mootodo offers a 30-day return period starting from the date your order is delivered. If an item does not meet your expectations, you may request a return within this timeframe, provided that:
Items are unused, unworn, unwashed, and not damaged (except for shipping-related damage).
All original tags and packaging must be included.
Valid proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required.
These conditions help us ensure returned products remain in resellable condition and maintain quality standards for all customers.
B. No Pre-Included Return Labels
To reduce unnecessary waste, Mootodo does not include printed return labels inside packages. This is standard practice. If you need to initiate a return or exchange:

C. Return Request Process
To begin a return, email support@mootodo.com with the following information:
Your order number and full name
Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation screenshot)
The reason for return
If the return is due to a defect, damage, or quality concern, please attach clear photos or a short video showing the issue. This allows us to resolve your request more efficiently.
Once your return is received and inspected, typically within 24 hours of delivery, you will receive a confirmation email. Approved refunds are issued within 14 days, though your bank may require an additional 3–5 business days to finalize the transaction.
D. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, Mootodo will assist you with a replacement:

After verification, a replacement will be shipped at no additional cost.

F. Refunds
All returned items are carefully inspected upon arrival. You will be notified via email once your refund is approved or declined. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days. Actual posting time may vary depending on your financial institution.
G. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 4 hours of placement for a full refund. After this window, orders may already be in processing and cannot be canceled. Please review your order details carefully before submitting.
