Thank you for shopping with Mootodo. We strive to make every step of your shopping and shipping experience clear, transparent, and easy to understand. This policy explains how your order is processed, shipped, and delivered so you know exactly what to expect.

A. Order Processing

All orders are subject to a standard 2–5 business day processing period. During this time, we carefully review order details, confirm payment, and prepare each item to meet our quality standards before shipment.

Processing includes product inspection, secure packaging, shipping label creation, and a final accuracy check. Our operating days are Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays and U.S. federal holidays.

Orders placed after 7:00 PM EST will begin processing on the next business day. Orders submitted on Sundays or holidays will also be handled on the following business day to ensure proper care and attention.

B. Additional Processing for Special Orders

Customized or personalized items, including products featuring names, custom text, or original artwork, require an additional 1–3 business days for preparation. This extra time allows our production team to finalize details and ensure accuracy.

Bulk or wholesale orders exceeding 50 items may require 7–10 business days, depending on inventory availability and production capacity. Same-day processing is only available for non-custom orders placed before 7:00 PM EST.

C. Shipping Carriers

Once processing is complete, orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL for select regions. Carrier selection is based on destination, package size, weight, and the most secure and efficient delivery route available.

D. Shipping Fees

All domestic orders within the United States are charged a flat-rate shipping fee of $6.99 USD. This rate helps cover secure packaging, careful handling, and reliable delivery services. We believe in clear pricing with no hidden shipping costs at checkout.

E. Estimated Delivery Time

After shipment, most U.S. orders arrive within 5–12 business days. Delivery times may vary based on location, carrier operations, and seasonal shipping volume.

Remote or rural destinations may experience slightly longer transit times. Carrier delays caused by weather conditions, holidays, or logistical disruptions are beyond our control but may impact delivery schedules. During peak shopping periods, delivery timelines may temporarily extend. For time-sensitive orders, we recommend placing purchases 2–3 weeks in advance.

F. Shipping Restrictions

At this time, Mootodo does not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, and American Samoa, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. These restrictions are due to carrier and logistical limitations. We are continuously working to expand our shipping coverage.

G. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent via email or SMS, depending on the contact method selected at checkout. Tracking information usually becomes active within 24–48 hours after the carrier scans the package. During high-volume periods, updates may take slightly longer to appear. We recommend checking your tracking link regularly for the most accurate delivery status.

H. Holiday & Peak Season Updates

National holidays, major sales events, and severe weather conditions may result in increased carrier volume and slower delivery times. To minimize potential delays, we strongly encourage placing holiday orders as early as possible.
